Privacy policy
Effective 2 August 2026 · applies to the Pathfill iOS and Android apps
Pathfill is a number-path race published by Queuelab (“we”, “us”) under the
Queuegames brand. Contact for privacy matters:
contact@queuegames.app.
The short version
No account required. Solo and Daily play stay on your device. Online races use
Google Firebase for anonymous sign-in and live match state. We do not sell your personal
information. Optional ads may appear at limited seams (for example when leaving a finished match);
you can remove them with an in-app purchase. A friend rematch is never ad-taxed.
What the app does
Pathfill is an original number-path puzzle: draw one continuous 4-direction path that visits
numbered clues in order and fills every cell of the board. You can play solo (Classic or Mystery),
a shared Daily path, or race a friend live online — without creating a username, email, or password.
Data we process
-
On-device game data. Stats, streaks, settings, board preferences, and purchase
entitlement flags are stored locally on your device.
-
Anonymous authentication (online play). Multiplayer signs in anonymously with
Firebase Authentication, creating a random user id not linked to your name or
email by us.
-
Online match data. Match documents, invite codes, and short-lived tokens live
in Cloud Firestore and related Cloud Functions
(region europe-west1) for multiplayer only. Opponent progress is shown as percentage filled only
(spoiler-safe). Match data is designed to expire (invite TTL, typically 24 hours).
-
In-app purchases. Optional purchases (
extra_boards,
remove_ads) are processed by Apple App Store or
Google Play Billing. We receive entitlement information, not your full payment
details.
-
Diagnostics & usage. To keep the app stable we may use
Firebase Crashlytics (crash reports) and Google Analytics for
Firebase (aggregate usage), keyed to a random, app-local id — never your name or email.
We also use Firebase Remote Config to toggle features safely (including an ads
kill switch).
-
Advertising. The app uses Google AdMob to show full-screen
ads at limited seams (for example when leaving a finished match session). Friend rematches
are never ad-taxed. Where required (for example the EEA/UK), a consent form (Google UMP) is
shown before ads are requested. You can remove ads with the optional in-app purchase
Remove Ads.
-
Notifications (optional). With your permission, the app may send match-related
alerts (for example when a friend joins or a race finishes) via Firebase Cloud Messaging, and an
optional local Daily reminder you opt into. You can change these in system Settings and in the app.
Your choices and rights
- Play solo and Daily fully without multiplayer
- System settings for tracking, ads personalization, and notifications
- Restore purchases from Settings in the app
- Uninstall the app to remove local data we store on device
If GDPR or similar law applies, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data

Pathfill is a general-audience puzzle game, not directed at children under 13 (or the age required
in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
